About the Program
The Columbia Gas of Virginia Residential/Small General Transportation Service (Choice) Program is available to all customers. There are no volumetric restrictions placed on customers for participation, but the customer's account must be current.
Enrollments are submitted via our file exchange system. Customers can be enrolled by phone, online or in writing.
Gas deliveries are nominated on our Aviator system following our provided demand curve Daily Delivery Requirements. Firm transportation is required.
Natural gas service rates, regulations and rules can be found in the Tariff.
