About the Program
The Columbia Gas of Kentucky pilot Small Volume Gas Transportation Service (Choice) program is available to customers using less than or equal to 25,000 Mcf annually. The Choice program remains a pilot slated to end March 31, 2022.
Enrollments are submitted via our file exchange system. Customers can be enrolled by phone, online or by written consent.
Gas deliveries are nominated on our Aviator system following our provided demand curve Daily Delivery Requirements. We assign an aggregation pool to deliver the DDR using the applicable Pipeline Scheduling Points.
Natural gas service rates, regulations and rules can be found in the Tariff.

Need a customer list?
We'll provide eligible Choice customer lists to you as long as you’re certified and approved to operate in our Choice program.
Before making the eligible list available to you, we'll email a notice to all suppliers of our intent to make the list available. The list is provided using real-time data, on a best-efforts basis and is based on information available in our customer information systems at the time of processing.
It is your responsibility to scrub the list to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
How to get your Customer List
- Email your assigned representative to request the entire service territory.
- A fee of $0.06 per record.
- Retrieve your customer list on our file exchange system.
